Steve Waters wakes up the Fredericksburg area each morning on 93.3 WFLS as half of “Steve and Jessica in the Morning”. He grew up in Virginia and loves that he can pursue his passion for real estate while serving his community on the radio each day. Steve believes that communication is key when it comes to buying or selling your home. “Before you can help someone you must listen, and truly understand what is important to them. That’s where it all starts.” From first time homebuyers to families looking to upsize or downsize, Steve will help you understand each step in the process and serve you with respect, integrity, honesty, and kindness. When not on-the-air or selling real estate, Steve spends his time with his fiancé Holly and their very large cat, trying out local restaurants, watching documentaries, reading, and cruising in his beloved Jeep Wrangler.
