Kathy Belcher

Kathy comes from a sales and marketing background having sold for Xerox Corporation after graduating from Xerox Learning Systems. She sold emergency vehicles in the Midwest before coming to Virginia to enter the real estate industry in 1992. Kathy has won many local and national awards and had the opportunity to work as a coach with The Mike Ferry Organization. The Belcher Team won the Chamber of Commerce Business of the year award in 2003. Kathy has served on many committees for The Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors and is a Paul Harris fellow with Rotary International. She has served as broker for two other companies locally and is respected in the realtor community.
