Erin Ferguson

Erin is a Fredericksburg area native who grew up at Lake Anna and has remained in the area since graduating from college. She received her B.A in Political Science from James Madison University and her M.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati. Before starting her Real Estate career, she served the community in the criminal justice field. She exemplifies honesty, integrity, and dedication to her clients. She is an experienced communicator and will walk you through every step in the home buying/selling process. Erin is committed to serving you and your family.

In her spare time, you can usually find Erin on local sports fields cheering on her three sons. She also enjoys reading, working out, and spending time with her husband and dogs.
