Debbie Pederson

Born and raised in Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania, Debbie knows this area very well. She is from a military family, and has lived in many places, including overseas. She studied Business Management at Park University and completed Army Acquisition School. Debbie also worked on several military programs, including the Intelligence community. This 18 years of work experience, coupled with having moved 9 times in under 14 years (once from overseas!), demonstrates Debbie clearly understands property purchasing and relocation stress. Debbie was in the top 5 in sales with brokerage firm prior to joining the Belcher Real Estate Team.

Married to her husband Jerry, who is also a real estate professional, and retired Marine Sergeant Major. Debbie has also served on numerous Local Community boards and foundations, likes to volunteer in the community, and is President of a nonprofit she helped start in 2011, Historic Smithfield Brooke Foundation in Fredericksburg.
