Allison Hancock

Growing up in a military family, Allison had the opportunity to live in various parts of the United States before settling in Fredericksburg in 2006. She earned a Bachelors Degree in Leadership and Management from the University of Mary Washington while simultaneously building a successful career in Customer Relations. Licensed as a real estate agent in 2017, Allison began her career as a Buyer Specialist and has since grown into a full-service agent at Belcher Real Estate, LLC. Her expertise in leadership and passion for helping people enable her to deliver exceptional service to every client.

Married to fellow Realtor Jeff Hancock, Allison is also a proud mother to Dalton and stepmother to Marley. She understands that open, honest communication is the cornerstone of a successful real estate experience.
