Fantastic service, could not have asked for a better experience. He was extremely professional and very helpful. Alex went way beyond the minimum service, he met with various professionals on our behalf. This was extremly important since we were not in the area at the time of listing. This was a great relief to us as we were able to get our new home set up and not run back and forth to finish with all the small but necessary details that made our home sell to the right buyer at the right price. Alex Belcher is a great agent to deal with. It is easy to see early on in the buying/ selling process that he treats each customer like they are his only one. He was very effective at acheving the goals that my wife and I had set out for, both in selling our house, and when we bought a new house. I do not plan on moving again anytime soon, but if I had to, I would not use any other agent.

Alex is a fantastic realtor, we are so glad we picked him! He listed our house and it sold in 9 days. He did an awesome job giving us advice on how to get the most for our house and how to get it sold quickly-we got asking price! He did such a great job that we decided to use him to buy a house as well. He is very honest, responds quickly, super knowledgeable about ALL aspects of his job, his negotiation skills are top notch. I really felt like he looked out for our best interests, unlike our previous realtor. He was not just looking for a quick sale. He got us an amazing deal on our house. We were ready to pay more for it and he said he thought we should go in lower, and they accepted our offer. The process was very smooth and easy.We never felt rushed or pressured. We were out of town for two weeks while selling our house and he went above and beyond to be there for repair fixes, inspections, and etc. He is always very professional and does more that necessary to make his clients happy.
