My wife and I worked with Alex to sell our home in Spotsylvania. We found Alex to consistently go above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Alex was very knowledgeable about the local market and what we needed to do to get the house sold for top dollar. He guided us through a kitchen renovation process, which really helped sell the home even in the slower winter months. His marketing materials and the photographer he uses do a great job of making the house look its best. He was always extremely responsive if we had any questions or concerns. We had moved out of the area before listing the house, and Alex was always willing to stop by the house to check on something or locate a contractor for any routine maintenance or minor work that came out of the home inspection process. That willingness to go by the house and deal with things that came up after we moved away was above and beyond the call of duty. He was professional and well organized when dealing with the buyers agent, appraiser and home inspector. There are headaches and challenges that come with any transaction, but Alex was always positive and enthusiastic and willing to figure out the best way to move forward. We would highly recommend working with Alex to buy or sell your home.
