In my 20 years of dealing with many companies and realtors in the Fredericksburg, Va area, Alex Belcher from Belcher Realtor is by far the best Real Estate company and Realtor that I have ever dealt with. He has personally listed and sold several homes for me is a matter of a few weeks that other local realtors could not sell after six or more months. Mr. Belcher has also rented commercial properties for me in a few weeks that other realtors could not rent for almost a year. Mr. Belcher is extremely hard working, honest and always available to help you through the entire buying and selling process, and I highly recommend him and his company for any real estate needs that you may have.
