Words cannot express how grateful and impressed we are with Alex and his team. I interviewed agents before we ever considered listing and he, by far exceeded our expectations. His marketing strategies far surpass ANY real estate agency out there. From the time we met to discuss how the home would be marketed, to the final sale, he responded promptly to all voice and written communications. Selling a home can be stressful. In the past, with other agents, it was a harrowing experience. But this transaction was fluid from the start. We had already bought our new home and left the area, and we’re so confident with Alex, that we were comfortable allowing him to proceed without us being physically present, until the closing.
