We moved to Spotsylvania 10 years ago from New York and had never met Alex before we met him at a house we wanted to see. From our first conversation that day – we were sold – on HIM. Not only was he professional and super knowledgeable about the area, he also made us feel like we were his only clients even though he undoubtedly had a ton more. Since buying that first house with Alex, we have sold it with him, rented a house through him, bought and sold a second, and recently bought another. We refer him and his team to all of our friends and family – you honestly won’t get better service in the Fredericksburg area.
