I have to start this review by saying that you would be silly to not choose Belcher Real Estate for buying or selling your home. Alex is extremely professional but also has a down-to-earth personality that my husband and I really enjoyed. Literally Alex and his crew took care of everything and was able to sell our home in 2 days for OVER asking (and we had a full-price offer after the first showing)! After having a less than awesome experience when we bought our first home, this whole process was a walk in the park. Alex surrounds himself with other professionals that live up the expectations Alex has for them. We are so happy in our new home and can honestly say that it’s all because of Alex and everyone he works with. For my husband and myself, there is simply no other option for buying or selling your home.
