my experience with alex could not have been better. I was impressed from start to finish with his work ethic, knowledge, and overall professionalism. when i first came into contact with alex belcher i was a first time homebuyer. i had a low budget but high expectations for the house i wanted. instead of being discouraged by my unrealistic and ever changing criteria alex helped me find a great home for a great price. i was completely unaware that alex even had other clients with the amount of time he spent with me looking at houses and checking in to see if i needed any help or advise which was great. monday – sunday if i had to i would not be able to tell you what days this realtor takes off because he was constantly available and willing to help. i have referred multiple friends to alex and they say have received the same great home buying experience as i did. the home buying process is a roller coaster and an experience unlike any other i have ever seen, and the truth is you might be outbid and see a dreamy house get sold and it sucks, but if there is anything i would say will find you that diamond in the ruff you are looking for its 100% alex belcher’s round the clock dedication and expertise.
